How do I pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money?
Choose MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money at checkout and type your number. A prompt pops up on your phone: enter your PIN to approve. The page confirms the payment by itself within a few seconds.
I did not get the mobile money prompt
Keep your phone unlocked and check that the number is registered for mobile money. You can also dial *165# (MTN) or *185# (Airtel) and open your pending approvals, then press "I approved it — check now".
Why is the price shown in my currency?
Prices are set in US dollars. We show them in your currency based on your phone number's country code or your location. You can pick another currency from the menu at the top of the page.
Can I get a refund?
Ask the seller within 7 days. When a refund is approved, the money goes back to the same mobile money number or card through Flutterwave.
