How do I switch between dark and light mode?
Click the sun/moon button in the top bar. Your choice is saved to your account.
How do I turn on two-step sign-in?
Go to Settings -> Security and turn on Two-step sign-in. We will email you a code each time you sign in.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. We will email you a 6-digit code to set a new password.
Why do investors pay a registration deposit?
Investor accounts pay a one-time registration deposit of UGX 300,000 through Flutterwave (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card) before the investor side unlocks. It keeps fake investors out and protects developers who share private materials. Buyers and developers do not pay it.
Can I buy, sell and invest with one account?
Yes. Open the menu under your photo and choose Switch to Buyer, Developer or Investor. Becoming an investor asks for a few details about your investment interests and verification documents.
